Pietersite

Natural pietersite is a rare chalcedony known for its swirling patterns and chatoyant, reflective effect. It features rich blue, gold, and brown tones, creating a storm-like visual depth. 

Material & Formation

Formed as fibrous minerals like crocidolite become embedded within quartz, it develops flowing patterns and a silky sheen. Found mainly in Namibia and China, each piece is uniquely patterned and ranges from opaque to semi-translucent.
